Logistics
Visibility across the whole chain — where everything is, what state it's in, and what happens next.
You can't manage what you can't see.
Logistics runs on handovers — between locations, teams, carriers and customers. When each handover is recorded on paper or in a different spreadsheet, visibility disappears and errors multiply. We build tracking systems that capture each step as it happens, so your team and your customers always know where things stand.
Common problems we hear
- Shipments, containers or assets tracked across spreadsheets and email
- No single view of where things are and what condition they're in
- Customers calling to ask for status updates your team has to look up
- Returnable assets going missing between locations
- Data typed in by hand at each handover, with errors at every step
What we build for logistics
Asset & shipment tracking
Track boxes, containers and shipments through every stage and location with barcode or QR scanning.
Cold chain monitoring
Record condition and temperature-sensitive status so you can prove the chain wasn't broken.
Returns & reverse logistics
Know which reusable assets are where, who has them, and when they're due back.
Operations dashboards
Live views of volumes, status and exceptions — without waiting for someone to compile a report.
Customer portals
Let customers check status and documents themselves instead of calling or emailing your team.
Quote & capacity calculators
Online tools that help customers work out what they need before they talk to sales.
How we've done this before

Intelsius needed to manage cold chain boxes being shipped and returned across multiple locations.
We built a web application for creating, monitoring and managing cold chain boxes — tracking each box's location, status and condition, with barcode scanning to cut out manual typing.
