Bird Nest Traceability
Traceability, production and export systems built specifically for bird nest manufacturers.
Buyers and regulators want proof. Paper makes that hard.
Bird nest is a high-value product with strict export and traceability requirements. Many producers still keep their records on paper, which makes it slow to prove where a batch came from and easy for mistakes to slip in. We've built traceability systems for multiple bird nest manufacturers, so we understand the grading, processing and export workflow — not just the software.
Common problems we hear
- Production logs kept on paper and hard to find when buyers or auditors ask
- Export documentation, including China CAIQ, compiled by hand
- Weights, grades and batches re-typed from paper into spreadsheets
- No easy way for customers to check a product is authentic
- Stock levels only known after a manual count

Authenticity checking
Customer-facing apps that let buyers verify a product's origin and authenticity.
How we've done this before

Nest World needed to replace paper-based traceability across their production line.
We built an offline production platform with barcode scanning, permission management and real-time reporting. We've also done this for Moh Kee, and packaged what we learned into BirdNestSync — software made for the bird nest industry.
